Linen or cotton jacket

Polyester jacket

Firstly, unlike natural fabrics, polyester is non-hygroscopic (does not absorb steam), and therefore steaming will not bring any results. Leather jacket
As a rule, leather products are not ironed. You can simply hang it on hangers so that it straightens out under its own weight. Fill the iron reservoir with water if you plan to iron with steam. Also prepare a white linen or cotton cloth or gauze, a bowl of clean, settled water or a spray bottle to moisten it.
Set the iron to the desired temperature, wait until it heats up, and only then start ironing, because a poorly heated iron will spill water and leave unplanned stains on the fabric.
