The amount of the social supplement is calculated from the difference between the pensioner’s minimum subsistence level and the amount of pensions, taking into account all payments,” explained Lenara Ivanova. — In fact, if pensioners do not have dependents, then there cannot be poor pensioners. The bill has already been agreed upon with the regional executive authorities. Since the decision on the cost of living must be submitted before November 1, the Ministry of Labor asked deputies to consider the bill not in the first reading, but as a whole.
