First we form the doll's head. We roll up the filler (mine is padding polyester, about the others) and place it in a nylon sock.

We do not stuff it very tightly. Separately, we roll up small balls of filler and place them, respectively, in place of the cheeks and nose of our future butt doll. This will make it easier to shape the face. We did it, tied a nylon sock with a thread in the place where the neck would be. Just tied, there is no need to “tightly” secure it yet. You may need to add or remove filler. We have the base ready, now all that remains is to form the expressive face of the butt doll.
