All of them are wrapped individually in foil using special equipment at great speed. This is how it is made. For this you will need:

  • Egg halves molds;
  • Milk dark chocolate;
  • Milk white chocolate;

Let's prepare everything for the water bath and crumble the dark chocolate into a convenient bowl. Heat it until liquid and carefully spread the egg halves into the molds. Let it sit for a while and once again spread the chocolate that has accumulated in the middle. After this, put it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes, depending on the power of the freezer. We don’t remove the remaining dark chocolate from the bowl; we will need it later.

Now we do the same procedure with white chocolate, but we try to add a little less of it and immediately put it in the freezer so that the dark chocolate does not melt. We wait another 10-15 minutes and take it out.

Now we put a surprise in one half; you can use the yellow container from the original Kinder for this. In order to combine, we will need the same dark milk chocolate. Melt it a little and carefully spread it on the lower half of the shell and immediately cover it with the second half on top, send everything to the same freezer to consolidate the result. 10 minutes and you can take it out. You have created a delicacy that no child, and maybe even an adult, can resist!

BIG KINDER SURPRISE WITH YOUR HANDS

Big Kinder Surprise is the dream of every child. I'll tell you how to make a giant Kinder Surprise with your own hands. In fact, it is very simple to make, and the joy from such a kilogram egg will know no bounds. And the most important thing is that you can fill the egg with those toys and sweets that will be of interest to your Kinder!

So, to make Kinder Surprise with your own hands, we will need regular printer paper, corn starch (potato or flour), gouache paint, and a balloon.

To begin, cut the paper (about 10-12 sheets) into small pieces and prepare a starch paste.

Corn starch is most suitable for making paste. We dilute 1 tbsp. spoon of starch in 2 tbsp. spoons of cold water. Add 0.5 cups of boiling water and put on low heat, stirring all the time until the paste begins to thicken. Stir and let the glue cool.

We do the first layer like this: we simply dip pieces of paper into water and apply them to the ball with a slight overlap. Now, with a wide brush, or better yet, with your hands, we pick up the paste and lubricate our first layer well, smoothing out the wrinkles.

Second and third layer: we don’t need water anymore, take one piece of paper at a time, apply it to the ball, smear it with glue, apply the next one, smear it, etc.


In total, we have 3 layers of paper. We leave it to dry until the morning, hanging the ball by a thread where the child cannot see)).


The next day we begin registration. We draw waves with a pencil and paint the lower part of the Kinder Surprise with red paint.

Now all that remains is to make the inscription. I am posting color and black and white for you, if you don’t have a color printer, you can color it. Adjust the size.

Now remove the ball. It must be carefully pierced, holding the puncture site and gradually deflating.

Now you need to make a couple of cuts at the top (where the tail of the balloon was) and, into the resulting hole, load the actual surprise: sweets and toys.


Cover the hole with pieces of paper in the same way as we did earlier. Use PVA glue. Now you need to paint this patch white and wait until it dries.

When the halves have hardened, carefully remove them from the mold, put the prepared capsule with the toy in them and seal them with warm chocolate. You can carefully walk along the edge of the chocolate half with fire or brush it with hot water and very quickly connect it to the other part. Place the egg back into the cold for 10-12 minutes. After that, pack it in a wrapper and store it in the refrigerator.

To prepare white chocolate, you need to take equal parts cocoa butter, powdered sugar, milk powder and vanilla. Bring cocoa butter to a liquid state in a water bath. Its melting point is only 40 degrees, so it is very important to make the bath correctly. Add the dry mixture into the liquid mixture one by one and stir well. This chocolate will turn out incredibly aromatic and its taste is much better than its store-bought counterpart.

If suddenly you cannot find cocoa butter, you can do without it. Dissolve 150g of milk powder in 12 tablespoons of water. Powdered sugar should be added to taste, it all depends on how much the child has a sweet tooth. You can add vinyl for flavor.

Homemade chocolate takes a little longer to harden than melted factory-made chocolate bars.

For it, take half a kilogram of corn starch - this amount is enough for an egg up to 50 cm in height. Next, use a ratio of 1 part starch to 2 parts water to make glue. First, mix the ingredients thoroughly without lumps, pour in a little boiling water and put on fire. Cook until the mixture thickens noticeably. The glue must be cooled before use. If fiddling with paste is not for you, then you can use regular liquid office glue or PVA glue diluted with water.

Next, coat the ball well with paste. Dip the cut pieces of paper into glue and place them on the ball. At the same time, we overlap them. When the first layer is covered with paper, coat everything with the mixture again and make the next layer. It is important to give it time to dry before each layer (15-20 minutes).

Make enough layers to make the shape dense enough. For rigidity, you can put fabric or gauze patches between the paper layers. Leave our egg to dry for at least 12 hours.
Now the most important moment is to remove the balloon. Make a small cut to burst the ball and carefully pull it out. We will put gifts inside through this cut. Prime the top with acrylic primer and paint it white. Next, paint in the color of the original or glue pre-printed inscriptions.

Place our gift or gifts inside and carefully seal the hole. You can tie the top with a beautiful ribbon and pack it.
