The mother threw her daughter out of the window. Ryazanka, who threw her child out of the window: “My beloved man is my son!” She complained about life and threw the child out the window

According to the girl, at some point the woman stopped holding the girl and she clung to her mother’s legs, but slipped

“In the story that the mother threw the child out of the window, everything did not happen exactly as it was written in the news on your website with reference to the Investigative Committee,” Anastasia, a 20-year-old resident of Rubtsovsk, told the portal’s editors.

According to the girl, she and two other young people are eyewitnesses to the incident.

“Me, my boyfriend Dmitry and my brother were returning from the cinema. The show ended around half past one in the morning. We were walking down the street and heard screams. We came closer and saw a woman in the open window who was holding a child in her outstretched arms and screaming to someone in the apartment: “Don’t come near me. I'll leave her." Then the boys ran to the porch canopy. My boyfriend managed to climb on it and tried to reach the child there. At that time, the woman was no longer holding the girl, but was trying to cut herself with a knife, poke herself in the stomach. What was happening there was terrible! She was no longer holding the child, the girl herself was already trying to hold on to the woman’s legs, then she finally fell, and Dmitry managed to catch her. He handed her over to my brother, and we took the girl to a nearby kiosk,” says Anastasia.

According to her, the police, which they called immediately, arrived 20 minutes later. Then the ambulance arrived. By this time, other people had already gathered on the street. Someone, along with the police, went into the apartment and collected things for the child. The girl, as Anastasia says, was in shock after everything that happened. Once she was dressed, the doctors took the child away. Before this, they inspected it and found no damage.

At this time, as the girl says, other passers-by were taking the woman off the ledge: “The police just stood and watched, and they also gave instructions to the guys who were taking the woman off the ledge. There were no protocols - they had nothing in their hands. We were not questioned. . I approached them, said that we were eyewitnesses, we could tell how it all happened, that it was my boyfriend and brother who caught the girl. I asked what we needed to do. But they just walked away from us and that’s it. And today you got this news ", says Anastasia.

Let us remind you that earlier the regional department of the Investigative Committee issued a press release in which it was reported that on the night of January 17, a resident of Rubtsovsk, while in a state of drug intoxication, threw her two-year-old daughter out of a third-floor window. It was noted that the girl fell on the entrance canopy without receiving any injuries. A criminal case has been opened against the mother for attempted murder of a child.

At about two o'clock in the afternoon in Dolgoprudny on Patsaeva Avenue, 27-year-old Galina Ryabkova threw her two children from the 15th floor. Her husband, Sergei, was not at home at the time.

The family lived on the eighth floor. Galina and the children went up to the 15th floor and threw them down one by one: first the younger Rodion, who was 4 years and 7 months old, then the older Vova, who turned 7 on June 10.

The neighbors heard the last cry of the elder Volodya: “Mommy, please don’t throw me out!”

The guy ran into the store shouting: “Call an ambulance, the mother threw the children out of the window.” “I immediately started calling,” a saleswoman from a nearby store told KP. Inna Kopylova. - During the day, she came in for cigarettes and smiled, and then this... It’s incomprehensible to the mind! Afterwards, Galina herself went outside and sat down on a bench. When passers-by began to ask what happened, she calmly said: “I threw them out.” Just yesterday she went to the store with the boys and bought them chocolates!

According to neighbors, when the police arrived, Galina continued to sit on the bench. She smoked cigarette after cigarette.

But when they began to lead her into the police car, she broke loose,” says Olga Gorbunova, an eyewitness and acquaintance of Galina Ryabova. “I tried to break free, run away, laughed hysterically, resisted. She even shouted: “Come on, shoot me!”

I’ve known her for 3 years now; my children and I often went to the beach together,” Olga continues. - They moved four years ago - from Volgograd. Galina, to be honest, is a little weird. She constantly complained that she was tired of everything, that she didn’t love her husband. Always depressed, but - but the reasons for it were ridiculous! At the same time, Galya treated the boys well, her sons loved her very much and always obeyed her. We often went roller skating together... The boys grew up well-mannered, smart, and very independent. Just two days ago, Galya told me how she got her eldest into first grade at school, and today this...

The boys were friends with my son, played together,” young mother Liliya Nikolskaya sobs. - There in the yard under the bench there were Rodion’s small shoes - he forgot them on the street yesterday. Yesterday Galya complained that she was tired of everything. She asked for advice... She often said that they lived poorly. It’s true that their apartment has bare concrete walls and almost no furniture. The older boy was about to start first grade; he seemed smart, but he couldn’t read and didn’t know the alphabet. I know that sometimes Galya locked up the children and went roller skating alone. As for her husband, Sergei, I only saw him twice in the 4 years that they lived here.

In fact, the Ryabkov family is far from poor. The apartment they bought 4 years ago is located in an elite area. A couple of months ago, the family purchased a Volkswagen Polo, which is still parked at the entrance to the house. In the back seat there are two child seats and several toys. As for the concrete walls in the apartment, as the entrance concierge explained to KP, repairs had been going on for several months. “The boys had everything, toys, bicycles, the family was far from poor. And they didn’t skimp on the children.”

As sources in law enforcement agencies told KP, Ryabkova behaved inappropriately during interrogation. According to her, she and her husband moved to Moscow in 2008 from Volgograd. My husband worked as a programmer in Moscow. The family lived in a new building in a two-room apartment on the 8th floor and did not need anything. Before the tragedy, the woman and her children were not registered with medical institutions. The boys did not go to kindergarten; Galina herself was involved in their upbringing.

She explained her action by saying that she was tired of the children. During the arrest, Ryabkova insisted that no one needed her children, and her children were “little angels who had already flown to heaven.” Experts suggest that the woman has lost her mind. The investigation has already established that several months before the wedding, Galina attempted suicide. ().

Now at the site of the tragedy there are flowers, toys, and candles.

Forensic psychiatrist Mikhail Vinogradov: “This tragedy could have been prevented”

Judging by the way this woman behaved after the death of her children, we can conclude that she had thought about everything for a long time. She had been hatching this idea for a long time; it was a planned action. It is already known that she attempted suicide before the wedding. Probably after him, all this began to accumulate inside her.

- Could the relatives have prevented the tragedy?

Absolutely yes. We are dealing with mental pathology, which the girls’ relatives mistook for their character. For example, addiction, jealousy, emotionality. Or maybe they were just ashamed to take her to a psychiatrist, and they decided not to change anything. After all, we have such a mentality: going to a psychiatrist is inconvenient.

- But how then can we stop such tragedies in the future?

Family members need to be more attentive, notice any strange behavior, some strange conversations about how tired everyone is, they don’t want to live, and at the first signal, contact a psychoneurological dispensary, write a statement, and the doctor on duty must come and examine the person. The trouble is that the new Russian law on the provision of psychiatric care does not work in practice: doctors do not have the right to insist on providing assistance, and the patient has the right to refuse. And, by the way, this is not the first such case when adults kill children or commit suicide together with them. Children become bargaining chips. And until we rework the law, nothing will change.

A wave of tragic child deaths reached Ryazan. On Monday, August 27, a nine-month-old boy fell from the ninth floor window of building No. 20 building 4 on Zubkova Street. The news spread throughout the city overnight. And in the morning another one came, no less shocking: according to investigators, the boy was thrown out of the window by his mother...

Flowers on wet grass

There are flowers in the bushes under the windows of a typical high-rise building. Passers-by glance there and then look away: tears well up. Here the barely begun life of nine-month-old Yegor Nikonov was cut short (the names of those involved in the case have been changed. – Ed.).

I can’t calmly walk past this place,” says Elizaveta Vladimirovna, who lives in the same entrance, several floors below the apartment where the tragedy took place. “It’s like I don’t want to look there, but my head turns on its own.” What grief, I can’t wrap my head around it...

The incident was witnessed by several residents of the house who were walking in the yard at the time.

Don’t ask me anything, I couldn’t sleep all night anyway,” one of the eyewitnesses asks through tears. “He fell right before my eyes, hit the window sill on the second floor and... I will never forget this in my life.”

At that moment, silence reigned in the yard - at first no one understood what exactly had happened. A second later it was replaced by howling and crying. At 20 Zubkova Street on Monday evening, even the men were crying loudly.

She complained about life and threw the child out the window

Literally a couple of minutes later, the police arrived at the scene and quickly went up to the ninth floor, to the apartment from the window of which the boy fell. As it turned out later, it was no coincidence...

In the apartment, police found the boy’s mother, 23-year-old Anastasia, and a female juvenile affairs inspector. She told what happened...

At about four o'clock in the afternoon, Anastasia was arguing in the yard with her mother Larisa. According to neighbors, the quarrel ended with the daughter kicking Larisa out of the house, and she went to her sister.

The reason, apparently, was that the day before the woman called the department for minors and complained about her daughter: they say that her child is too often left unattended and not raised at all. They say that she even threatened her daughter with deprivation of her parental rights. Two female inspectors came to Nastya to talk.

The woman was in an excited state, the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told Komsomolskaya Pravda. “She complained to the inspectors about difficult life circumstances. And then suddenly she threw the child out the window.

One of the inspectors ran downstairs to help the baby and on the way called the operational investigation team. And the second kept his mother in the apartment until the police and doctors arrived. But the doctors who arrived could no longer help...

What prompted the mother to take such a step is still unknown. People in the house speak about her rather coolly.

“I raised my son alone, no one saw my father,” one of the residents of the high-rise building told us on condition of anonymity. - Well, mom helped her. I wouldn't say that Nastya is a drinker. Well, I drank sometimes. Sometimes she would pick up the child and return home with him late. But they didn’t notice anything strange about her.

Other neighbors have a different opinion. They say that they often saw a girl with a stroller and a bottle of beer in her hand.

“I don’t presume to judge anyone,” says one of the residents. - But... how can I tell you... she often changed men. Either she was just so eccentric, or she was looking for her one and only, I don’t know.

“My beloved man is my son!”

Apparently, the girl is indeed quite ordinary. She graduated from school No. 72, in Dashkovo-Pesochnya, but did not go to higher education. She worked as a waitress in the Kruzhka bar on Novoselov Street. A year and a half ago she went on maternity leave.

Nastya threw the child away?! – the manager of the establishment did not believe what had happened until the last moment. - I can’t believe it. She's not a drunk, she's a normal girl. She worked conscientiously. At one time, I remember, I dated a man for a long time, and was even planning to get married. But something didn’t work out for them. I don’t know if he is the child’s father. I can’t even imagine what had to happen for her to do something like that...

What should have happened is truly unclear. But perhaps the girl was overcome by the grief that happened to her loved ones. In yesterday's road accident involving a foreign car and a regular bus, her friends died. A photograph of one of them in a mourning frame also appeared on the “wall” of her VKontakte page.

BY THE WAY

As the head of the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs told Komsomolskaya Pravda Vladimir Golev, the juvenile affairs inspectors - captain and senior lieutenant, who came to talk with Anastasia on the day of the tragedy, were offered by the management of the department to take a short leave. However, they refused to rest, citing heavy workload before the start of the new school year.

Our staff psychologist has already spoken with the officers who witnessed the tragedy. According to his conclusion, the girls can continue to work. In the future, they will also be provided with all kinds of psychological and rehabilitation assistance,” explained Vladimir Golev.
