Christmas tree beading patterns. DIY New Year's gifts: making Christmas trees from beads. Fluffy Christmas trees made of beads

I found a wonderful master class on making a CHRISTMAS TREE from beads...
Christmas tree from cutting
Having learned how to make such a Christmas tree, you can make any other fantastic trees. These are wonderful souvenir gifts for your friends and relatives.
You will need to make a Christmas tree:

Green chop – 50 gr.
brown chop – about 5g.
brown wire (or copper) about 50m
alabaster
colored pebbles (or other decor)
two pearl beads
bugles
stand
The Christmas tree consists of 10 tiers. Each tier has four branches.
We begin to weave the Christmas tree from the top of the head. We cut the wire 45 cm long. In the middle of the wire you need to string a gold bead and a group of white bugles, gold and silver beads, 1 green bead. Pass the second end of the wire through the entire group. Place 4 green beads on each end of the wire:

After this, you need to twist both ends of the wire together 3-4 turns. At each end of the wire, collect 4 green beads, 2 brown beads, 4 green beads, and twist them into loops.

Twist the ends of the wire 2 turns and make two more of the same loops, as shown in the following photo:

Let's move on to making the second tier of the Christmas tree from beads with our own hands. We cut 4 pieces of wire 25 cm long. We make 4 branches of three loops from them with a set of: 3 green beads, 2 brown, 3 green.

Twist the wire 4-5 turns from loop to loop, 3 turns from the last loop.

Let's start making branches for the third tier of our hand-woven Christmas tree. To do this, from 4 pieces of wire 30 cm long we make 4 branches of 5 loops each. The first three loops, as on the branch from the second tier, in the next two loops, instead of three green ones, cast on 4:

As you understand, you need to weave 4 such branches as in the photo above. After this, we prepare branches for the fourth tier of the beaded Christmas tree. To do this you will need 8 pieces of wire 30cm long. You need to make 8 branches with five loops in each:

The first three loops, as can be clearly seen in the photo, are the same as on the branch from the second tier; in the next two loops, cast on 6 green beads. After the last loop, twist the wire down 4-5 turns. From two such branches, collect one, screwing them with a spiral 3-4 turns:

5th tier: from 4 pieces of wire 35 cm long, make 4 branches of 7 loops each. The first three loops, as on the branch from the second tier, in the next four loops, cast on only 6 green beads.
6th tier of the Christmas tree: we start it in the same way as the 4th tier (8 pieces of wire, 8 branches of five loops each) But we collect the branches in pairs a little differently. You need to cut an additional piece of wire 20 cm long. From the last loop, wind 12 turns in a spiral with additional wire. Then screw the second branch 15 turns using a spiral:

Branches for the 7th tier of a beaded Christmas tree: cut 4 pieces of wire 60 cm long. Make the first loop in the middle of the wire. Next, cast on 6 more loops, as on the 6th tier, on the same end of the wire so that the other end remains long.

After the last loop, twist it by 6-7 turns. Also make 7 loops on the other (long) end of the wire:

Using additional wire, twist the branch into a spiral downward 8 turns.
Tier 8: cut 4 pieces of wire 60 cm long and 4 pieces 30 cm long. Twist branches from 60 cm wire, as for tier 7, from 30 cm wire - branches with five loops:

From these two branches, collect one, screwing them into a spiral. First, put a spiral on a branch with two ends - 15 turns, then screw a small branch with 15 turns:

Tier 9: the same as for tier 8, only increase the number of turns of wire from 15 to 18.
10th tier: cut 4 pieces of wire 70 cm each, 4 pieces 35 cm each. Make branches according to the same pattern as for tiers 8 and 9. Only in a large branch, cast on 8 and 9 loops, in a small one - 7. Number of turns spirals increases to 22.
Now the branches for all tiers of our beaded tree are ready, we can begin assembling the tree.
Take additional wire (do not cut it from the spool!) and, starting from the top, wrap the ends of the wire down.

An additional rod is not required, because due to the number of tiers (and branches in each of them), the trunk thickens and does not bend.

The distance between tiers is from 0.8 cm (from the top) to 1.2 cm (to the bottom).

After assembly, all that remains is to plant the Christmas tree in the stand. To do this, you need to dilute the alabaster and stick a Christmas tree into it, wait until the alabaster dries. Then, using transparent glue, decorate the frozen alabaster soil with colored pebbles, moss, cotton wool with glitter, and beads.
Here is our resulting green beauty, it even seems that the festive aroma of pine needles is in the air:

Maybe you would like to create with your own hands not only a green Christmas tree, but also its snow-white friend?

A Christmas tree can be made not only from beads or cutting, but also from bugles. In addition, you can decorate the Christmas tree:

And one more Christmas tree

I did this master class a year ago, but I decided to post it on my blog anyway, because the interest in beaded Christmas trees the craftswomen retain it.

So, have you already woven beads? If not, then perhaps you should start with the Christmas tree, because here you can easily master working with wire and beads, and you won’t have to deal with the trunk, which scares many people. Next time.

This Christmas tree will be completed in needle technology. (I also have a master class on loop stitching, I’ll post it later.)

For the Christmas tree, we take beads - chopping 2-3 colors, that is, shades of green. Although, of course, you can experiment with blue and Korchinev, in general, your artistic taste decides everything!

I took 2 colors of green wood, and it took me about 80 grams. I write “about” because it would be better to have a little extra, because beads come in different varieties. Czech, for example, you can’t buy everywhere, but Chinese - that’s what happens with marriage. You also need 0.3 mm wire - 3 coils, 0.3 is better, since 0.4 is a bit thick for needle technology, and the barrel will be more “loose” and unstable. Copper-colored wire is better; black is unattractive. It is also advisable to have small pliers on hand; they will make it easier to pull out the wire.

The Christmas tree consists of tiers. The first tier is the crown, then the branches, which gradually, with each tier, become a little larger. I’ll say right away that the number of tiers can be arbitrary, it all depends on how tall you want to make your Christmas tree. Also, twigs and needles can be varied.

The branch will weave according to the following pattern:

In the center there is a “needle” of 7 beads, 4 needles of 5 beads are woven around it (the alternation of colors is arbitrary).

Then we put 2 beads on both ends of the wire (this is how the gap is created between the needles) and make the next row of needles, 4 pieces of 5 beads each, then again 2 beads for the transition, and then another row.

To make a beaded Christmas tree needle, pass the free end of the wire in reverse through the 4 lower beads, pulling them tightly to the base.

The branch should not “fall apart”.

Weave 4 such small branches. Leave one in the center, this will be the crown, and around it begin to form a circle, carefully and tightly weaving the branches together. Your trunk will begin to form! After all, there will be no trunk as such, the twisted branches will become the trunk itself, moreover, you will not cover it with plaster, it is simply unrealistic to do this on a Christmas tree, so twist it tightly, carefully, tightly. By the way, if you plan to have a tall tree, you can insert a skewer into the middle to stiffen it and braid it. For a small Christmas tree this may not be necessary.

Now make 5-6 rows in a circle as standard (this is for a small Christmas tree, no more than 10-15 cm in height). In each subsequent row there will be more and more inflow (the amount depends on the splendor you want and... patience - after all, the closer you get to the end, the greater the amount of work will be).

When the Christmas tree is woven, you need to make a base. Don’t rush to straighten all the needles right away; you’ll do that later.

The base can be anything, I made mine large because I needed to make an inscription on it.

I took a baby juice box, poured plaster of Paris into it and inserted the Christmas tree. When the plaster hardened, I cut the box and removed it.

The decor of the base is according to your wishes, you can make grass, you can make snow - whatever you want!

After painting, you can straighten the branches and give the work its final look.

The cabin sparkles amazingly! The photo, of course, does not convey this.

And one more Christmas tree

DIY beaded Christmas tree

Author of today master class on beading Valentina Sivash. She is from Ukraine, from the Kyiv region. She is 33 years old, she has a husband Alexander and a daughter Alexandra 14 years old. Valentina works as a cashier and has been doing handicrafts for as long as she can remember: she knits, embroiders, crochets, and in the last year and a half she has also become interested in beadwork and bead embroidery.

TO needlework Valentina is trying to involve her daughter Sasha as well. She embroiders cross stitch and weaves with beads very beautifully, but embroidery is closer to her nature. In Valentina’s family, both her mother, her aunt, and both grandmothers embroidered. Of course, they all instilled a love of creativity in Valentina herself, and she grew up on these hobbies. Now she simply cannot sit idle, she always needs to do something. Unfortunately, Valentina has creation There is very little time left, since she has a large plot of land.

Perhaps this one is for you herringbone will resemble our needle-shaped beaded Christmas tree, but the principle of assembling this Christmas trees radically different, judge for yourself...

Valentina Sivash

I want to show you how it is possible make your own Christmas tree(and not only for the New Year!).

To make the Christmas tree I needed about 100 grams beads and wire 0.25 or 0.30 mm - so that it can easily be passed through the beads twice.

To begin, take a wire 40 cm long, put 9 green beads and one white bead on it, then, leaving the white bead untouched, we pass through 9 green beads in the opposite direction.

It turns out the first needle our future handmade Christmas trees.

We even the wire in half and tighten the ends. Then on each side we make two more such needles in the same way. Try to keep the needles closer to each other, then the Christmas tree will look neater.

Here is one branch with five needles.

When you weave small branches, they need to be collected in big branch.

For a large branch I took 10 small branches, and for the lower tier - from 15 twigs.

Here is an example of a large branch assembled for the lower tier of a Christmas tree. It is made from 15 small blanks.

A slightly smaller branch with 10 blanks is made using the same principle.

For one branch of 10 blanks:

I take one blank, a little lower, four more - I twist them together.

Below are 5 pieces, I twist them together until the end of the wire. I got about 8-10 cm in length.

I twist the wire to the end, since there are a lot of beads, they are heavy and twisted wire holds its shape better.

Assembling the Christmas tree.

  • Top- 1 branch,
  • second tier- 3 branches of 10 needle-shaped branches,
  • third tier- 4 branches of 10 needle-shaped branches.
  • fourth tier- 5 branches from 15 small branches.

I did the assembly like this: I took one branch with 10 tassels, at a distance of 1 cm another 3 (and optionally 4) branches, twisted everything together.

Below, at a distance of 1.5 - 2 cm, I twist it again.

Since there is a lot of wire, and it is already difficult to twist it by hand, I resorted to using two pliers.

I made the next tier from large branches (from 15 blanks). But this time I couldn’t twist it even with pliers, so I just folded the branches as they should look and wrapped the floss threads tightly and tightly.

The barrel itself is a wire that was twisted during assembly. That is, the barrel is not a separate product, but an integral part of the direct assembly, waste-free production.

When attaching the branches to the trunk, I stepped back a little on each tier so that the result was cone-shaped.

That's what I did, but number of branches directly depends on the size of the pine tree you have in mind. You need to collect small branches so that the shape of the branch looks like a real one, and large ones so that the shape of the branch looks like a real pine tree.

IN master class I used green beads in combination with white at the tips needles, then the spruce seems to be covered with snow, but mine is forever green, this is also at your discretion.

Let's make New Year's gifts with our own hands! For example, these Christmas trees are made of beads. Trees made of beads symbolize a talisman for the home, a talisman of good luck. You won't find a Christmas tree like this in a souvenir shop! And it’s not difficult to weave, all you need is a little patience and a minimum of material. Our step-by-step guide to making your own beaded Christmas tree will help you with this.

Beaded Christmas tree: the simplest technique

To weave a Christmas tree from beads, we will need:

  • White beads - 20 - 25 g, green - 80 - 90 g;
  • Wire coil - 0.3 - 0.5mm;
  • A lid from under the cream, or a small toy bucket;
  • Plasticine or cement.

Making branches for a beaded spruce

We start by making twigs.

We string 2 white beads and 7 green beads onto a 30-35 cm long wire. Then the end of the wire is threaded through the second white bead and through all the green ones. The first white bead will be the trailing one, that is, the top of the branch.
Next, we put on 2 white and 9 green beads, we also repeat the manipulation of threading the wire into the white and the remaining beads, on the other hand we repeat stringing 2 and 7 pieces. In this way we make 12 “needles” of our spruce.

The first branch will be the top of our tree, and all the other branches will be attached to the wire. To make the barrel stronger, you can wrap it with electrical tape.

There are 15 - 20 such branches, depending on how tall your tree is. Add 2 green beads to each lower branch to add fluffiness.

Assembling a Christmas tree from beads

Have you formed the required number of branches? Now let's collect the Christmas tree. We take the first branch - the crown, weave another into it, while twisting the wire into the main trunk. Using this principle, we twist the remaining branches.

Installation of our craft

When our spruce is ready, we need to install it on a stand.

If you have a toy bucket, fill it halfway with plasticine, install our tree and fill the remaining space. Or we take a tube cap, put a Christmas tree in it and fill it with cement mortar. If desired, the lid can be covered with colored adhesive paper.

We looked at the most affordable option, how to weave a Christmas tree from beads.

How to weave a Christmas tree from beads in a spiral

Another beaded Christmas tree has the easiest weaving pattern for beginners - Christmas tree - spiral.

Here you will need rigid wire and large beads of green, red, white. Weaving this tree is very simple; it consists of stringing beads in the sequence that you like. Having secured the ends, the product is given a conical shape, in the form of a spiral.

Master class on weaving a Christmas tree using complex techniques

More experienced craftswomen can try weaving a lace Christmas tree. This fake differs from the previous one in a different manufacturing technique.
First, they put a lot of beads on the wire, like beads, and only then weave lace patterns from it.

Make a loop from 9-11 beads, twisting the thread 2 times. Next, we make more of the same loops on both sides. For the top, 3-5 loops are enough, and for the bottom 9-11 loops. So we make 5-6 branches of the same length.

This beaded Christmas tree has a very different weaving pattern. The main thing is to repeat the pattern of the same size.

After completing the assembly, the spruce branches must be aligned and straightened. This is easy to do because the wire is flexible and holds its shape well.

Flat weave

You can attach earrings, miniature toys, pendants, and so on to such a spruce. This pattern of a beaded Christmas tree is slightly different from classic weaving. The tree is created from brown, green, blue, and yellow beads. Description of assembling a flat Christmas tree made of beads:

  1. Take 50 cm of aluminum wire. 6 brown beads are strung on it to the middle. Now the wire is threaded through the first 6 pieces, making two rows. The third row is made in the same way. Green beads are used.
  2. 8 pieces are put on the edges, 18 pieces on the other row. Beads should be alternated and red, white, yellow, and blue should be inserted in places.
  3. After each row, a pair of beads is decreased. We should continue to work according to this scheme. After five rows, the number of beads is reduced by one.
  4. The last bead will remain, which will be installed on the top. Instead of a bead, you can use a star. It is advisable to decorate the top of the tree with yellow beads, which alternate after 2 pieces. green beads.

The remaining edges of the wire are cut off with metal scissors and twisted. It is not advisable to use ordinary scissors, as their blade may become dull. Craft parameters can be increased or decreased by the number of beads.

This option involves using only green and white beads. Also, if desired, golden-colored glass beads can be used to decorate the Christmas tree. To make a tree with snowy branches, you must follow the following rules:

To prevent the top of the spruce from being boring, it is recommended to weave a star or other object that will decorate the creation. This pattern of a beaded Christmas tree is quite simple. Instead of green, you can only use white and blue. The spruce will look impressive.

Registration of work

A beaded Christmas tree should be placed on a stand. You can use a tray for flower pots, if this is not the case, then another method will do: take a five-liter water bottle, move 10 mm away from the base, and draw an even line around the circumference (you can use a newspaper, wrapping it around the circumference of the container so that the ends of the newspaper come together and form a smooth edge, then a line is drawn with a pencil).

After this, the tree should be secured in the middle of the container on plasticine. Stir alabaster or gypsum and pour into a container. Until the mixture dries, the plasticine will not allow the tree to fall. If there is no plasticine, then you can use supports. As soon as the plaster hardens and the tree stands firmly, it is necessary to create a clearing relief, stick a snowman on the site, make snow mounds from plaster, and so on.

At the end, ribbons are attached, and shiny stones are placed under the tree. Weaving a Christmas tree is not difficult, and if you show your imagination, you can make a craft of even greater beauty.

Needle technique

Beautiful Christmas trees are made using the needle technique. Use bead cutting in several colors, weighing 85 g, 2 coils of wire with a cross section of 0.3 mm, and pliers. Master class on a Christmas tree made of beads:

  1. First, a branch is made from needle beads. There should be 7 pieces in the middle. Then 4 needles and again 5 beads. Alternate colors according to your preference.
  2. A pair of beads are strung on two edges of the wire. The other row is made of 4 needles, 5 beads and two pieces. to move to the next row.
  3. Now the free edge of the wire is passed in the opposite direction through the 4 beads that are located below. They should pull up tightly.
  4. The 4 branches made need to be fastened together. The first one will go to the middle, it will also serve as the top of the head. A thickening is made along its circumference by winding wire around the barrel. In this technique there will be no rod-trunk, which will be formed by securing other branches.

For a small tree, it is enough to make 6-7 tiers, but more is possible. Now all that remains is to make the base. The stand is made from a small juice box. A gypsum solution is poured there, a Christmas tree is inserted, after which the mixture hardens, the box is cut, and then the structure is removed.

Now the finishing touches remain - decorate the stand with grass or snow, sprinkle with glitter, paint. At the end, all branches are straightened and aligned. Patterns for weaving a Christmas tree from beads can be very different. In addition to beads, bugles are used - these are small oblong beads.
